Service charge for catering is eighteen percent (18%) or one hundred dollars ($100)
minimum. Gratuity for the staff is discretionary. These fees are for caterings within 20
miles of the restaurant and we will travel the globe to meet your needs. Surcharges may
apply for longer trips.
